Need help. Got my preorder iPhone today, but apparently Apple sent me an international phone.
We are on ATT, so it was activated no problem... But on a deeper tech level, are there any hardware or software differences between US spec and an international version?

Wat the shit?
I have much confused. I'd say send it back, so you don't have to pay up the ass for the right charger.

As long as the phone supports all of AT&T's network bands, I think you are fine. But I agree with jkm.

When exactly did you preorder? I preordered at 3:15pm on the 12th and I'm not supposed to get mine until October 7th.

Must be a widespread problem- that happened to someone else I know. Very interesting.

International? That should mean it's unlocked as well, meaning you can change carriers easily without having to change phones... if iPhones work like other phones.

You should have no issues on the hardware or software side, just a different cord.
